Clearing the karmic baggage through Past Life Regression Therapy

“I don’t know why she hates me so much… I don’t know why I feel like killing her sometimes…” cried Nritya (name changed) sitting on the recliner in my office. Nritya, a 26 YO beautiful, kind and loving girl who cannot even dream of hurting an insect, came to me for a Past Life Regression session concerning a serious issue – she wanted to know why she feels like killing her own mother. Her relationship with her mother had been challenging ever since she could think of it. She remembers being hit, verbally abused and scolded by her mother – as a child and even now as a grownup – for absolutely no fault. She was moved to tears when she said “was this why she gave birth to me… so she could unnecessarily take her frustrations out on me? Which mother does that? She blames me for anything that is not working out well in her life. Sometimes I just want to kill her. I get thoughts in the form of images where I see myself stabbing her with a knife and killing her. Where are all these images coming from? Where is all this hatred coming from? Why is my relationship with my mother in such turmoil?”

The process of Past Life Regression Therapy started. First few sessions went in familiarizing Nritya with the state of hypnosis, working on improving her visualization so she could perceive imagery easily when in a hypnotic state, and preparing her theoretically to get the most out of her experience. These were important steps that had to be taken so she did not feel like she would be swimming in unknown waters. They made her better equipped to bring back all the positive resources from the past life she was about to explore and heal her relationship issues with her mother. I personally never rush through a Past Life Regression session because I know how intense a process it can be. By the time it was the day for her Past Life Regression Therapy session to be conducted, she was ready and relaxed. The initial over-excitement and confusion she had around the idea of visiting a past life was gone and now she was just patiently looking forward to explore, observe and learn from the experience she was going to have.

After putting her in hypnosis, I started the process of slowly taking her back, all the way to the life where her issues of disturbances in the relationship with her mother were coming from. She saw herself in a lifetime where she was a poor boy in his late 20s, living in a small village of India with his sister, who is Nritya’s mother in this life. Since all the financial responsibilities were on this boy, he used to work hard day and night so he could at least earn basic bread and butter. But no matter how hard he worked, his sister never appreciated him or his efforts. Rather she always cursed him and blamed him for there not being enough money to live a comfortable life. She always wanted more and was never satisfied with how much there was and had absolutely no sense of gratitude. Out of frustration one day, as his sister was continuously going on and on cursing him and blaming him while preparing food, he picked up a knife and stabbed her with it.

In this lifetime, Nritya’s mother suffers strong financial insecurities and has dealt with family finances going haywire. Although the situations are better now, but her mother’s insecurities around finances still keep coming back. With Nritya, her constant complain has usually been regarding money. After looking at the events explored during Nritya’s Past Life Regression session, it was clear where her relationship issues with her mother were coming from.

There is a compulsion to repeat all those old patterns of cursing, blaming, abusing, hating and wanting to kill, since everything ended abruptly and no issues was resolved in that lifetime. Using several techniques, Nritya resolved her issues and her feelings and emotions concerning those issues during the session. This made a huge difference for both, Nritya and her mother. First, she was able to forgive her mother for being so negative towards her as she now knows and understands the source of all this negativity. Second, she asked for forgiveness for herself for committing the act of murder in the previous life and, with the help of divine intelligence working through her, was able to forgive and free herself from that Karmic baggage. As a result, she now sees everything in different light, through the eyes of divine love. Changing her energies towards her mother helped her to convey the feelings of love and gratitude, instead of the desire she earlier had to kill her.

We get what we give. Negativity only attracts negativity and positivity has the power to attract more positivity. Nritya now reflects and attracts more positive energies. A positive exchange of energies has now started between her and her mother. I am sure that with all the positive resources she brought back with her and the understanding of all situations she developed through her Past Life Regression Therapy session, Nritya will now continue to walk the path of love, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness and her relationship with her mother will flourish and be forever filled with affection, joy, togetherness and acceptance.

Past Life Regression Therapy is a wonderful process that has amazing benefits. To book your session, call me on +917042321200, Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM.

The Power of Hypnotherapy

Power of Mind

Let’s talk about the information that is already stored in the subconscious mind. Where and when did all that information come from? And how is all of that affecting us, our personality, and coming in the way of or supporting us in achieving our goals? The critical faculty of the mind develops by the age of 10. Whatever information we receive before that from an authority figure, like our parents or our teachers, or from our peers or friends or siblings who we trust a lot, gets stored as a foundation in the subconscious mind. As an example, there was a woman who had this terrible fear of speaking in a crowd. She was a successful businesswoman, very smart and very knowledgeable. She would do absolutely fine in close group meetings and conferences, but whenever she had to step out of the crowd, face the crowd and give a speech or conduct a seminar, she would start sweating, her knees would start shaking, her heart would start beating fast and her breathing became abnormal, almost like about to have a blackout. When she was taken in hypnosis a very strong negative memory came back from the subconscious mind that she had consciously forgotten all about for the purpose of embarrassing herself over it. When she was 6, her English teacher asked her to step out and write the spelling of cat on the board. And the situation was something like this. There she is, the little girl, you are all the classmates and I’m here… the teacher… we all have our eyes on her. Anyway, she went up to the board and wrote the letters K.A.T. First reaction came from the other children. Everyone started pointing at her and the board and started laughing. 6 year old… critical factor has not been developed… peers laughing… first failure memory stored… “People make fun of me”. The second reaction came from the teacher… “What have you written? How many times have I explained this to you? Don’t you get it? That’s such a stupid thing to do”… critical factor has not been developed… authority figure… teacher… saying such things… second failure memory stored… “I am stupid”. This was a perfect situation for her subconscious mind to accept whatever the teacher and other children said as real. Although she grew up to be successful in her line of work, but this memory stayed in her subconscious mind forever and became a foundation. So whenever she stood in front of people, in this situation, her subconscious mind acted upon that foundation and told her “but you are stupid! Everyone makes fun of you! You can’t do this”. But only after a couple of hypnotherapy sessions not only did she get over her fear, she started training people in her team to become better public speakers.

Another example, a 45 year old man, very intelligent, wonderful graphic designer, had only one goal in life – to start his own graphic designing firm. For more than 10 years he had been working for others. He tried everything to set up his own business, spent a lot of money. But no matter what he did, he just couldn’t reach his goal. He gave up and lost all of his money in the process. Even his wife left him. In his hypnotherapy session he said “I can never do anything right. I’m a failure. I could not even make my family proud of me. I’m such a loser. I deserve to be left alone”. During hypnosis he went back to the time when he was 4. He saw his mom and dad fighting, yelling at each other, throwing abuses in each other’s face as he watched from under the bed, feeling scared. He was just a kid. He heard his mother saying to his father “you can never do anything right. You’re a failure and that’s what our son is going to be because he has your genes. He is seeing that his dad is a loser and he’ll grow up to be just like him. You can’t even make your own family feel proud of you. I’m leaving and I’m taking our son so I can save him from being a loser just like you”. His mom divorced his dad shortly after. Then he went back to another memory when he was 7, living with his mom. He came back from school with his result card and he had failed in one subject. So his mom caught hold of his collar and said “failure… loser… just like your father. You can never do anything right. You deserve a punishment”. After this she locked him in his room and did not give him any dinner. He stayed there, alone and cried all night. A child as young as that… absence of critical factor… first negative conditioning… “I’m a failure and a loser and I can never do anything right”… second negative conditioning… “I deserve to be left alone”. And so, therefore whenever he wanted to do something on his own, his subconscious negative conditionings would come to surface and no matter what he did, he would fail at it. He started believing all that negative conditioning to be the truth about him. Any guesses what his father’s profession was? He was a cartoonist in a local newspaper. But only after 4 sessions, he got over those negative conditionings and, with the positive approach that he formed during his sessions he started working again on his goal. He did not give up this time. And in a matter of few months he reached his goal and established his own graphic designing company.

That is the power of Hypnotherapy. It empowers you to do whatever it is you want to do by loading your subconscious mind with positive ideas and clearing it from all the negative conditionings. And obviously, when there are so many positives, how can there even be any space for the negatives?

Now all these self-doubts – I’m not worthy, I’m not capable, ‘I’m useless, I’m stupid – no matter where they are coming from, block us from achieving our goals. And they can form in the subconscious mind at any time. Let’s say, you are with a friend who you really trust and love, he or she is your best friend. You share an idea with your friend about, say, making a movie and you’re genuinely very excited about it. And your friend says “are you mad? Stupid! Do you even know how to make a movie? This is such a stupid idea”. Although you may at that time snap at your friend and tell them you’re going to do it anyway no matter what they think and walk away. But what they said about you and the idea being stupid has now been stored in your subconscious mind. Why? Because when we are with people who we love and trust with all our emotions our critical factor is relaxed. Therefore, we all really need to be careful and responsible with what we say to and how we deal with others. In that case, if you are the friend and you really want your friend to act sensibly and maturely, you can say “that sounds like a great idea. But don’t you think it would be better to first get some knowledge on the subject? And also, do you think we have enough resources to make the film? Let’s get the resources first then we can start working on it”. So going back to self-doubts like not worthy, not capable, useless or stupid that block us from achieving our goals, with hypnotherapy all these blocks can be reversed. How? You know this now! By relaxing the critical factor, establishing communication between the conscious and the subconscious mind and feeding the subconscious mind with positive suggestions.

Now that we know what hypnosis and hypnotherapy is, let’s take a look at what it isn’t. Here are some myths and misconceptions around hypnosis.

It is a truth serum.

There is a false belief that you can’t lie in hypnosis. Oh yes you can! It is not an alternative to lie detector. Hypnosis cannot force anyone to tell the truth or to confess. You can lie straight through your teeth in hypnosis, but you won’t be doing yourself any good.

The hypnotist will control my mind.

No one can control your mind, unless you let them. In hypnosis, if you hear something that you don’t agree with or you don’t understand, your subconscious mind will automatically reject it. There is no way that you can lose your mind in hypnosis.

It comes from black magic.

Hypnosis is a natural state that has been studied scientifically. Hypnotherapists are not people with “supernatural powers”. Hypnotherapy is based on many years of clinical research. And mind you, it has the word “therapy” in it, not “magic”.

I can’t be hypnotized because my mind is too strong.

When you go to a hypnotherapist, it is your decision to use hypnosis for self-improvement. Therefore, your mind has already accepted the idea of hypnotherapy. And over the last 30 years many scientific methods have been developed to induce hypnosis in 100% of the population.

Goals are the dreams

cc.jpgGoals are the dreams to which you commit and take action to achieve them

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”.  Lao Tzu

Similarly, the beautiful and adventurous journey of achieving your goals in life, too, begins with that single most important step… SELF-AWARENESS! Being aware of yourself. Being aware of WHO you are. Because when you are aware of WHO you are, you will have clarity about where you need to be. And then, being aware of WHERE you are. Because if you do not know WHERE you are at present, how will you know the way to reach your destination?

Now, self-awareness, in terms of achieving goals, follows a little script… a few questions, if you may, for personal assessment. Those questions are:

  1. What are my talents and abilities?
  2. What are the three things that I do best?
  3. What are the three things that I do least well?
  4. What are the three things I want to be remembered for?
  5. How do I want others to describe me?
  6. What are the three things I want to accomplish in life?

When you will have the answers to all these questions at the tip of tongue, you will know exactly WHERE you are in the journey of achieving your goals. And how does Hypnotherapy help in this self-awareness? It brings out all these answers, from deep within the layers of your mind, to the tip of your tongue, quickly, easily, clearly and vividly, by empowering your mind. How? I’ll talk about that after I finish talking about the second most important step that needs to be taken in the journey of achieving your goals.

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”. Eleanor Roosevelt

So now, you have self-awareness. You know your current status, you know where you are. What you need to know now is where you have to go, what your goal is.

Goals are the dreams to which you commit and take action to make sure you achieve them.  And goal setting is the way, the means, of turning those dreams into reality.

Goal setting is tied into the reticular activating system (RAS) of the brain, which is a cluster of nerve cells in the brain stem that regulates alertness and attention. It is also believed to be the center of arousal and motivation. Our senses, particularly sight, are constantly flooded with a vast amount of information. Most of that information is unnecessary for our well-being, so it gets screened. We remain consciously aware of only a fraction of that data.

Now recall the last time you or your family decided to buy a new car, or a new bike. You finally chose the model and the color, and it seemed like everywhere you went, on the road, to a friend’s house, in television commercials, in newspaper advertisements, you saw “your car” or “your bike”. Obviously all these people didn’t suddenly purchase those cars or bikes when you did or those commercials and advertisements weren’t just suddenly out on TV or in papers. They were already there. But YOU only noticed them when they were of significance to YOU. And THIS is the magnificence of goal setting. By establishing clear goals, you are programming your brain to be aware and notify your conscious mind of the information and opportunities that YOU DESIRE.

Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together. “Vincent Van Gogh”

Effective goal setting is the groundwork for success and effective goals are: SMARTER, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timelined, Enthusiastic, Rewarding

Now let’s talk about what is really happening when you are facing difficulties in achieving your goals. Usually when you don’t accomplish a goal, it’s either because you have set an inappropriate deadline, or you don’t have the right or enough information that is needed to achieve your goal, or that’s not the goal that YOU want and are unwilling to do what’s required, or you are encountering conflicts and experiencing blocks, OR NEGATIVE CONDITIONING.

People are greatly influenced by the things that have happened to them throughout their lifetime. Often we subconsciously allow our past mistakes, incompletions and even our successes to get in the way of creation and accomplishment of goals. We are not always aware how much impact our past has on our present and future, especially when it comes to accomplishing goals and being successful. But once you’re detached from these past negative conditionings and beliefs, you can build a new connection with positive supportive thoughts that help you live your life the way YOU want.

Many people use different clearing techniques to detach from negative conditioning and to pave their way to success. Hypnotherapy is one such technique that helps you to break free from limiting beliefs that are rooted deep into your subconscious mind. And how do you know that the failure you are experiencing with setting and accomplishing goals is coming from those deeply rooted limiting beliefs and negative conditioning? You’ll know that THAT is true for you if you find yourself bumping up against the same old behavior patterns and habits, confronting the same old thorny issues as you work your way up to achieve your goals! All you have to do is you have to listen to yourself as your do the self-talk, rather the self-punching, and catch hold of these signs:

Oh no! Not again!

What was I thinking?

Why even try?

Ugh! This is so frustrating!

I am not getting any better at this!

There’s no way it will work!

I always mess it up!

I knew I’d get stuck here!

I’m so stupid!

How Hypnotherapy works is, once these signs have been identified, the next step is to go directly to the subconscious mind using several Hypnosis techniques, get to the root and detach from these negative conditionings, replace it with ideas of success and accomplishment, get in touch with our ability to get what we want, make our positives more powerful and allow the conscious mind to act with that power.

And now, let’s see how that happens.

The three levels of consciousness is called Triune Mind. At the Upper most level there is the conscious mind. It is the analytical, reasoning, logical mind. This is where all our five senses are… touch, smell, sound, taste and sight. The conscious mind first analyses and inspects any new information, idea or suggestion before accepting it.

After this conscious mind, there is the subconscious mind. This is where the memories are stored, this is where the emotions are stored and the beliefs are stored. Subconscious mind does not distinguish between fact and fantasy. It is also called the creative intelligence and THIS is what you character is all about.

And then there is the critical factor which develops by the age ten and works like a gatekeeper or checkpoint to the subconscious. Located between the conscious and the subconscious mind, it compares the incoming idea, suggestion or information coming from the conscious mind with the already existing ideas or beliefs of the subconscious mind and decides if it matches with the recognized information of the subconscious mind, or if it should be sent back to the conscious mind for further inspection.

And now at the center of consciousness, is the superconscious mind. This is referred to as the problem solving intelligence. All that the superconscious knows and has is love, grace, forgiveness, ability to heal, peace, intuition, and creativity. This connects us to the universal mind, the universal power, the spiritual source or, in other words, God. This is our soul.

People often ask me “what is mind? Where is it located? Is it in the brain? Is it different from the brain? In what part of the body does it exist?” My question to them is “what is existence? Where is it located? Is it in this world? Is it separate from the world? In what part of earth does it exist?” Just as ‘existence’ is not merely limited to earth, the ‘mind’ is not limited to the physical body.

So… what happens when we are in hypnosis? During hypnosis, the critical factor of the mind relaxes because of which direct communication between the conscious and the subconscious mind is established. This direct communication allows for positive and beneficial ideas, information and suggestions to be easily accepted and acted upon by the subconscious mind without being constantly bounced back to the conscious mind by the critical faculty. That information gets stored in the subconscious mind as a new belief since; the subconscious mind does not differentiate between fact and fiction. To give you an example of this that the subconscious does not differentiate between fact and fiction, when we watch a movie we get so deeply involved that we start believing whatever is happening in it to be true. If it’s a romantic scene, we start getting feelings of love. If it’s a fight scene, we start feeling the anger, the adrenalin rush. If it’s a horror or a scary scene, how hard does it get for us to go back home and sleep peacefully! Even though we know that it’s just a film. Then why does it happen? Why do we start reacting as if everything was real? Critical faculty! We don’t realize that when we are watching a film, because there is nothing much for the conscious mind to do but to just sit in one place and watch the film, the critical faculty of the mind relaxes and we go into a light hypnotic state. This is what we also call an altered state of mind. The subconscious, in this state, does not differentiate between fact and fiction. And therefore, when we feed positive suggestions of goal achievement and success to the subconscious mind, in this hypnotic state, in present tense form, the subconscious accepts them, starts believing them to be true and starts acting upon them immediately.

Past Life Connections And Interconnected Destinies

When Nayantara (name changed) started learning to write, her father could not hold his surprise – he had seen this writing before, known the person behind the strokes, curves and edges of these alphabets, and had read texts in the same formation of words and sentences – it seemed so familiar, although he was reading it coming from his daughter for the first time. “I will take birth again and come back as your daughter, remember this always”, he suddenly had a memory flash of his grandmother telling him when he was just a young boy. He was told to “remember this always” but his grandmother made sure to consciously remind this to him at every opportunity she got.

When she died, unfortunately he was not around as he had moved to another city for his studies. In those days there we no cellphones or pagers and only a few financially well-to-do households could afford a landline phone. There was no way for him to get the immediate news of his grandmother’s death but, for how much she adored him, even that did not stop her from establishing a connection with her favourite grandchild. More or less around the same time she left her body, he had a dream – rather, an almost real experience – that his grandmother entered his room, sat next to him and said, “You did not come to see me but look, I am here. And I am here to tell you that I am leaving for now but only to come back, you know that. So till then look after yourself and be good.” To which he responded, “But why are you leaving now, so soon? Please sit for some more time!” and before he could get up and stop her, his so-called dream state broke and she was gone. At that moment he knew that something was not right, so he started for home as soon as he could only to find out that his doubts were correct. His loving grandmother had passed away nearly the same time he had that dream and the last word on her lips was, till her last breath, the name of her dear grandchild… his… which was not much appreciated by his envious relatives who were there looking after the old lady, taking care of her. But what does love know of such things? It is just the way it is… free from all the ideas of space and time.

Now, in the present times, as his daughter Nayantara grew older she started showing more similarities – of behaviour, choices and preferences, even physical characteristics – to her great grandmother, other than the match of handwriting which her father recognized the moment he saw it. For example, Nayantara’s great grandmother, her father’s grandmother, had her nose pierced on both sides. Nayantara has piercing impressions on both the sides of her nose, although her right side has never been pierced. Her great grandmother’s favourite food was spinach, and Nayantara can eat spinach for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, 365 days a year… that is how much she loves to eat spinach. As she grew even older, Nayantara got into the habit of smoking and she says that it was very natural for her to smoke when she picked up her first cigarette, as if she had been smoking forever, it was as natural as breathing. Her great grandmother was a smoker almost all her life. Good thing Nayantara eventually gave up on smoking with Hypnotherapy. And she had never seen her grandfather, her father’s father, since he died much before her father was even married, but she still always misses him dearly and sometimes even cries wanting for him to come back, as if he was with her at some point in this life. Her great grandmother had 4 kids, out of whom she was most fond of Nayantara’s grandfather – her favourite grandchild’s father. Also, for Nayantara her father is the most important person in the whole world. She sometimes even dictates and dominates him like he was a small child. Looking at these similarities, she and her father wonder if her father’s grandmother has really come back as his daughter, like she used to say all the time… “I will take birth again and come back as your daughter, remember this always!”

Nayantara and her father are curious for sure and are ardent believers of past life Karmas, connections and relationships, but they are currently working on other issues and are pretty content for now in just having the awareness that their bond is much more and much beyond than what human mind can even fathom. But if you have such relationships and people in your life that you are certain have come back to you from some other life or lifetimes and you wish to know about it in detail, then Past Life Regression Therapy is for you. With Past Life Regression you can easily come to know where these deep and strong connections, that in your heart you just know are not limited to only this life and this body, are coming from. Past Life Regression Therapy, Myths and Facts

A lot of people call me for sessions every day; some because of certain serious issues that they are facing in life and some simply out of curiosity. Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy are still new concepts for a lot of people so obviously there are lot of doubts and myths around these practices. For example, people ask me if they will “get stuck” in some past life when they get their Past Life Regression Therapy done. The answer to that is – definitely not!

When you visit a past life for therapy purpose, your mind takes you back only to the time where the real reasons to your existing issues are lying. All of this happens in the mind in a deep state of Hypnosis, while physically you are sitting easy and relaxed on a comfortable recliner in your therapist’s office, completely safe and taken well care of by your therapist. You are always in control of yourself, no matter how deep the state of trance or Hypnosis is. Your mind is always aware of your surroundings and of the present. So there is no way that anyone can ever “get stuck” in the past.

People are also concerned about the “side effects” of Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy. Well, you will be happy to know that there are NONE! I can count many benefits though. In a past life hypnotherapy session you are not administered any medication for there to be any “side effects”.

Hypnosis is a naturally relaxed state of mind, and relaxation has only positive effects. When the mind is relaxed, the body is relaxed too. And when the body is relaxed it rejuvenates itself, almost like in sleep. But in Hypnosis, unlike in sleep, you are more aware of yourself and your surroundings. Those who practice Yoga will surely be able to relate when I say that the state of Hypnosis feels like the state of Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep.

A person has even called me just to know if I have turned anyone into a chicken or a monkey yet. I must say he was extremely disappointed (disheartened, to be more precise) when I told him that such tricks are only a part of stage Hypnosis and have no connection, whatsoever, to the therapeutic aspect of Hypnotherapy that I practice and am familiar with.

Hypnotherapy is a very helpful and life changing practice that has helped many people, in numerous ways, to work with and heal their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues. And Past Life Regression Therapy, as my teacher Tim Simmerman Sierra would say, is not a ticket to a ride in an amusement park. These are serious techniques with amazing benefits. One may work better for you than the other. Find out for yourself… book your session today!

Hypnotherapy and inner peace

photo 3

There is a strange thing about finding inner peace – everyone keeps looking for it outside of themselves. Some people get inner peace when they go the mountains to meditate. For some, inner peace is sitting in a place of worship for hours. Then there are those who find inner peace by being in the presence of a spiritual guru. Different people have different ways of finding their own inner peace and different places to go to where they can find that inner peace.

Now, what if someone were to tell you that you do not have to go anywhere to find inner peace – no mountain, no ashram, no place of worship – and that you can be your own spiritual guru who can help you to connect to that inner peace you are looking for? You would doubt them and probably laugh at them sarcastically, right? Or maybe even get upset with them because they are going against your beliefs – religious or spiritual. But none of that stuff will change the truth.

The fact is, when you are feeling peaceful by going to the mountains, you are actually enjoying the peace that is “out there” in the mountains. The air is fresh, there is hardly any pollution, it is nice and quiet… ah… peaceful! For as long as you are there in that environment, you are at peace. But imagine, suddenly out of nowhere, a huge truck passes by throwing black smoke out its exhaust and blowing the loudest horn you have ever heard (because in mountains, sounds echo). What will your reaction be? Oh how disturbed you will get, that truck just broke your state of peace! And you know why? Well, because it never was YOUR state of peace. You were merely enjoying the peaceful environment “outside”. Inner peace does not depend on outer circumstances or situations.

In the same way, when you go to spiritual or religious gurus for finding inner peace, it all seems so wonderful and peaceful as long as you are sitting in their presence because they do have a beautiful peaceful aura and such calming and relaxing vibes. You may even continue to feel at peace four or five hours after visiting them. But the moment someone says something bad to you – on the road, at home or in office – that feeling of peace vanishes into thin air. Well, because, again, you were only enchanted by and flowing in the peaceful aura and vibes of another person. Those feelings of peace were not generated from YOUR inner peace.

When we talk about inner peace, it is self-explanatory that it is to be found “within” each one of us. Even all the spiritual and religious gurus tell us to “turn inwards” to find inner peace. Is it not ironic that for finding something that clearly talks about looking inside, we keep running outside? When in reality you do not have to go anywhere outside to find your inner peace. And once you have found it, nothing can take it away from you – whether it is a truck’s loud horn, or someone saying something bad to you or about you.

In Hypnotherapy there are so many techniques that you can use to connect to your inner peace. And with regular practice it will become your true divine nature. You can experience the peace of mountains from wherever you are. You can get in touch with the spiritual guru that is inside of you. Just turn within – that is the only place you have to go to. Book your session TODAY and learn all those wonderful techniques.  Call for appointment.

Happy journey!
