Four dimensions in a relationship
As human beings, we thrive on our relationships – relationships with family, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, the society in general, even with animals, like our pets for instance. When we have good relationships with others we feel joyful, enthusiastic about meeting people, confident and positive and it reflects in our body language and our whole personality. These days there are so many colleges and institutes that train people in relationship development and management. Such courses prove to be really helpful in public relations. However, nobody can teach anybody how to develop and manage personal relations; that is the art of heart and soul. Nobody can tell why some close relationships last forever, while some do not.
One of my friend’s five years long relationship recently came to an end after the guy decided to marry a girl of his family’s choice. My friend was obviously devastated and asked me “why did he go away like that? I thought things would work out between us. Why did he leave?”
Every relationship comes with 4 things –
One, Karmic influence from the past – our past Karmas play a huge role in defining our relationships with others.
Second, an expiry date – every relation has a time limit attached to it. When the time comes for it to end, it will end.
Third, free will of the people involved – every person involved in any relationship has the choice and free will to leave or to stay. As individuals we have the right and freedom to choose what we want and do not want.
And lastly, purpose – behind every relationship there is a purpose. When the purpose, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, gets fulfilled, the individuals involved in the relationship may choose to leave or stay.
No one can force or decide for anyone to stay in a relationship beyond Karmic influence or fulfilment of Karmic debts, beyond the time limit of the relationship, beyond the choice and free will of any person, or once the purpose is accomplished. But, with Hypnotherapy, one can improve the quality of a relationship, for as long as it has to be, by simply getting in touch with the love and goodness they have in themselves. The vibrations and energies of love and goodness always spread and have the power to attract more love and goodness. With Hypnotherapy one can even gain physical, emotional, mental and spiritual strength to positively cope and deal with relationships that have ended, by getting a deeper and mature understanding of the cause, and become happier, wiser and more realized.

You are what you think, feel and believe.
In my Hypnotherapy session a client told me recently, “I really want to stay calm and peaceful but certain situations just don’t let that happen. I am always trying to avoid those situations… but I believe they seek me out, no matter what, and I feel frustrated, angry and unhappy.” This client had a strong desire for peace and happiness but his thoughts, feelings and beliefs were focused on the opposite.
You must have wondered often times how some people are more successful, happy, peaceful, healthy and strong than the others. And most of those times you must have reached the conclusion, “they’re just lucky.” While I’m not completely denying the ‘luck factor’ in people’s lives, I understand and know that that is not all there is. There’s more to it. And that ‘more’ is magic… the magic of what we think, feel and believe in… the magic of a positive thought pattern… and that is where Lady Luck comes from as well.
I am a Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist and I fully believe that people who are successful, happy and “lucky” are the people who believe in being successful and happy, and BELIEVE that they are “lucky”. They are the people who are always and only thinking about being successful and happy, people who THINK that they really are “lucky”. They are the people who really get in touch with all those good feelings of success and happiness, people who strongly FEEL “luck” favoring them. And they don’t attach any ‘but’, ‘what if’ and ‘if only’ with their positive thoughts, feeling and beliefs. In their journey towards happiness and success, if they ever fall, they put all their focus, efforts and thoughts into getting up again.
What I teach to my Hypnotherapy clients is to think positively about what they want. That they should feel positive about achieving what they want. That they must believe in the power they have within to achieve what they want. And this positive attitude always works like magic…
THINK about it, FEEL it, BELIEVE in it!
For as a man thinketh, so is he.

संयम का वरदान लिये और लज्जा की मुसकान लिये
अन्तर में मनुहार लिये वो करती हास विलास है |
भोलेपन के मधुर हास में ओ राही तू खो ना जाना
बौराई सी मृदु चितवन में खिला हुआ मधुमास है ||
प्रायः यह विषय सदा से ही गरमा गरम बहस का विषय रहा है कि स्त्री और पुरुष में कौन अधिक शक्तिशाली है | लेखक होने के साथ साथ एक नारी संगठन से जुड़ी होने के नाते मेरे लिये भी यह विषय उतना ही आकर्षक है | यह सार्वभौम सत्य है कि स्त्री सदा से ही पुरुष की अपेक्षा अधिक शक्तिशाली है | वास्तव में तो पुरुष की समस्त शक्ति नारी रूपा ही है – क्योंकि शक्ति स्त्री तत्व है | किन्तु स्त्री का बल उसकी कोमलता में होता है | जब भी वह पुरुष के सामान बलशाली अथवा कठोर बनने का प्रयास करेगी, कुछ न कुछ अमूल्य गँवा देगी | स्त्री में स्त्रीत्व का ही बल और साहस होना चाहिये | यदि स्त्री अपने विचित्र बल और साहस को पहचान जाए तो संसार का कोई पुरुष उसके साथ कुछ अनुचित करने का साहस कर ही नहीं सकता | किन्तु प्रश्न उत्पन्न होता है कि स्त्री में आख़िर ऐसा क्या होता है जो पुरुष को उससे डरने के लिये विवश करता है ? उत्तर बिल्कुल सीधा सा है | वो गुण है स्त्री का स्त्रीत्व | पुरुष बिना रुके कितनी भी देर तक बहस कर सकता है, किन्तु अधिकाँश में जीत अन्त में स्त्री की ही होती है, भले ही वह उचित तर्क न प्रस्तुत कर सके | लाओत्से और उनके स्त्रीत्व से सम्बन्धित सिद्धान्त के विषय में चर्चा करते हुए ओशो ने स्पष्ट किया था “स्त्री स्वभावतः कोमल होने के कारण विजयी होती है | वह कभी झगड़ा नहीं करती, झगड़ने का प्रयास भर करती है और उसकी लड़ाई अप्रत्यक्ष किन्तु दृढ़ होती है | यदि वह किसी बात को नकारना चाहेगी तो मुँह से तो “हाँ” कहेगी, किन्तु उसका रोम रोम, उसकी हर क्रिया प्रतिक्रिया “नहीं” कह रहे होंगे | जिसमें इतनी अधिक गहराई हो उसे तुम किस प्रकार परस्त कर सकते हो ? यदि तुम स्त्री से प्रेम करते हो तो तुम्हारी पराजय निश्चित है | और देखा जाए तो यह अच्छी बात ही है कि कठोरता परस्त हो जाए और कोमलता विजयी हो जाए | क्योंकि दुष्टों पर विजय प्राप्त करने का यही एकमात्र उपाय है |”
भारतवर्ष में तो ईश्वर को भी अधिकाँश में मातृशक्ति के रूप में पूजा जाता है | चाहे वह माँ दुर्गा हों, सरस्वती हों, लक्ष्मी हों, यहाँ तक कि जो पुरुष देवता हैं उनकी उपासना के लिये भी उनकी नारी शक्ति का साथ में होना आवश्यक है, अन्यथा पूजा अधूरी मानी जाती है | संसार में अच्छे कार्य करने के लिये नारी के जैसी कोमलता आवश्यक है | इसलिये भारत में मातृशक्ति की उपासना एक अच्छी प्रक्रिया है | ईश्वर का प्रयास होता है हमें अपने नज़दीक बुलाने का, और इसीलिये वह एक रहस्यमयी सुगंध के रूप में सदा हमारे साथ चलता रहता है | अपने भीतर गहरे उतर कर ही उस सुगन्धित पुष्प का अनुभव किया जा सकता है | यह स्त्रीत्व नहीं तो और क्या है ? जितने भी ज्ञानी महापुरुष हुए हैं – गौतम बुद्ध और महावीर के उदाहरण लिये जा सकते हैं – सभी में स्त्री की गरिमा विद्यमान थी | यहाँ तक कि भगवान राम में भी स्त्री की कोमलता और मधुरता थी | भगवान कृष्ण में स्त्री और पुरुष शक्तियों का बहुत अच्छा सम्मिश्रण था | और भगवान शिव तो हैं ही अर्धनारीश्वर | इन सभी में स्त्री की वह गरिमा, मधुरता, प्रेम, और स्त्री शक्ति का वह रहस्य निहित है जो संसार के किसी भी अलैक्जैंडर अथवा नेपोलियन में नहीं था | यही कारण है कि मानवता पर इनका विस्तृत प्रभाव है | मानवता उनके समक्ष श्रद्धानत होती है | जबकि संसार पर विजय प्राप्त करने की इच्छा रखने वाले सारे अलैक्जैंडर बुरी तरह असफल होते हैं – पराजित होते हैं | पुरुष शक्ति में उग्रता है इसलिये उसके समक्ष श्रद्धानत होने के स्थान पर उससे भयभीत हुआ जा सकता है | जबकि स्त्री शक्ति में दुर्गा भवानी की उग्रता होते हुए भी प्रेम और भावुकता की अधिकता होती है, इसीलिये वह अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है और मानवता स्वतः ही उसके समक्ष श्रद्धानत हो जाती है | पौरुष कड़क होता है इसलिये दुर्बल होता है | टूट सकता है, झुक नहीं सकता | एडजस्ट नहीं कर सकता | हर हाल में बस तना रहना चाहता है | तो टूटना तो लाज़मी है | उसका अहम् इतना प्रबल होता है कि किसी भी प्रकार के समझौते के लिये वहाँ स्थान नहीं होता | जबकि मार्ग बस दो ही हैं – या तो टूट जाओ या झुक जाओ | स्त्रीत्व में लचीलेपन की शक्ति होती है – क्योंकि वह प्रत्येक परिस्थति में स्वयं को ढाल सकती है | जिसका सबसे प्रबल उदाहरण यही है कि विवाह के बाद लड़की पूर्ण रूप से अपरिचित एवं नवीन परिवेश में आती है और स्वयं को उसके अनुरूप बना लेती है | स्त्री की यही समझौतेवादी प्रकृति उसे शाश्वत बनाती है | ऐसी है मेरी यह “बयार”, जो सम्भव है आपको यत्र तत्र सर्वत्र देखने को मिल जाए |

उग्रता और दृढ़ संकल्प शक्ति के साथ साथ भावुकता, लचीलेपन और कोमलता का एक संतुलित और निहायत ख़ूबसूरत सम्मिलन “नारी” जब तक “कन्या” रहती है, तटविहीन नदिया की भाँति उसका उन्मुक्त प्रवाह धरती के कण कण को, ब्रह्माण्ड को सरस बनाता जाता है | पर जिस दिन मिल जाती है सागर में, विस्मृत कर देती है अपने अस्तित्व को | सुगन्धित मलय पवन की मीठी “बयार” की भाँति बिना भेद भाव दिशा दिशा महकाती जाती है | क्या कोई सीमा मलयानिल की सुवासित और मदमस्त कर देने वाली “बयार” को बाँध सकती है ? किन्तु एक दिन ऐसा आता है जब दूसरों को बेसुध बना देने वाली वही “बयार” किसी की मधुर मुस्कान लख स्वयम् अपनी सुध बुध खो बैठती है | ऐसी है मेरी यह “बयार”, जो सम्भव है आपको यत्र तत्र सर्वत्र देखने को मिल जाए | जिसके विषय में इतना ही कहना चाहूँगी…
सरल नहीं पकड़ना / पुष्पों के गिर्द इठलाती तितली को |
