Many skills and talents flow from past lives.

I am positive that you may have seen or followed some of the talent shows on television, where small kids perform on stage in front of celebrities? These children are aged between 4 to 14 approximately. I can bet that you often wonder, how these kids are doing such an amazing performance, how they are pushing all the limits through their dancing, singing and acting skills? At times you may become numb with amaze at their incredible talents and performances? The way they sing and dance and act, it appears as if they have been doing such performances since birth! The skill and proficiency with which they perform, even some of the most famous and professional artists fail to achieve in front of live audience.

And when the television hosts ask these little ones that for how long they have been training, their reply is one year… two years… or maximum five years. In addition, they devote many hours in study, homework from schools and tuitions! It makes us wonder that how its possible for someone that young to be living like that? There is a term for such kids. They are called ‘prodigies’. There are hundreds and hundreds examples of child prodigies in every sphere of life

Train your mind to be Positive, Loving & Peaceful through Hypnotherapy

“It is our own mind, not an enemy or foe, that lures us to negative ways.”

~Buddha~

When we get angry or upset with people, it is natural to put the blame on them for angering or upsetting us… It feels like the right thing to do since THEY said or did something they shouldn’t have said or done, which filled us with negative emotions such as anger, irritation, sadness, disgust or hatred. THEY are responsible for the way we are feeling. Right? Wrong. It is not what people say or do, rather our REACTION to their words or actions… How we LET those words or actions affect us. It is when we choose to give others the permission to make us feel a certain way, that we feel that way.

As an experiment, the next time when someone says something to hurt you or put you down, take a couple of deep breaths and repeat in your mind “I choose not to get affected by this, I choose to let this go, I choose not to react, I choose to stay calm”… Then smile and walk away. Don’t believe me, try it for yourself. Not only will you feel a lot wiser and stronger for doing that, you will save yourself from getting sucked into this vicious circle of negativity by breaking the chain of negative exchanges, negative feelings and (maybe even) physical reactions.

Remember, you are not what others think you are. When someone calls you stupid, it is usually THEIR interpretation of you – created by their lack of acceptance for what you say or do. Or maybe, to look at it from another perspective, they were only carrying the pain of someone else calling THEM stupid and you just happened to be the receiver of that. Hurt people, hurt people. People who are wounded themselves often times develop the tendency to harm other beings, as a way of let out. Either ways, you are not what others expect, believe, wish or interpret about you to be. When you realize that it becomes so easy to train your mind to positive, loving, humble, peaceful ways. If focusing on and following a negative path can be the decision of your own mind, then it is you who has the power to steer yourself in a positive direction. You just have to make that choice.

Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy are great techniques that help you understand and get in touch with the real YOU. And once you know your true positive self, nothing that anyone says has the control over you to anger or upset you in any way. Love, peace, forgiveness, empathy and kindness become the key ingredients of your true divine nature. Give it a try… There’s all to gain. Call +917042321200, Monday to Saturday – 11 AM to 7 PM – to book your session.

There is no death, only a change of worlds

12141670_1487195404941106_161088129038939232_n

There is a common statement that almost everyone makes when they contact me for Past Life Regression – “I want to know how I died in my previous life”. In reality, there is no death, because if we really have died at some point, how come we are still here? When I say ‘we’, I am referring to us as souls. And souls are energies. Energy never dies, it merely transforms.

~ “There is no death, only a change of worlds.” – Chief Seattle ~

Energy is everywhere, in everything, every form. There is energy in stones, plants, trees, flowers, insects, a drop of water, a speck of dust, animals and humans. Ever wondered where all that energy is coming from? The energy we are in this world and lifetime is not THE human – it is simply living IN the form of a human. In other worlds and lifetimes this energy has lived in other different forms too. And this energy will continue to exist in other different forms, lifetimes after lifetimes, whether on this (earthly) plane or on a different one. So, regardless of all cultural or religious beliefs, we never really die. We only change our worlds and forms depending on the lessons we choose to learn and the purpose we choose to fulfill. Similarly, the energies that are living in forms OTHER than human in this world may come back to live as humans in other lifetimes, depending on the lessons and purpose they have to learn and fulfill. How can we even think that this human form, this lifetime, this world, this planet is all that there is and nothing exists beyond and after this? The universe holds mysteries that are unfathomable to material, physical forms and beings.

I never do Past Life Regression in the first or second session, since it is a very intense process. The first few sessions go in only educating, creating awareness and clearing my clients of their previously known limiting beliefs about Past Life Regression. People have a lot of excitement and curiosity sometimes. And often this excitement and curiosity becomes a hindrance and blocks them from experiencing the process completely. They come with a lot of expectations, they want to have a lot of expectations, yet they do not know what to expect from the session. It takes a few sittings to help them understand the different types of (physical) forms or karmas or lessons they might come across, based on the issue they want to resolve. These sittings or visits also assist them in understanding how to deal better with all the excitement and curiosity and simply observe and enjoy the process and the experience, easily and calmly, in a relaxed state of body and mind, and to just allow the healing transformation to take place. With some clients, even after gaining all the necessary knowledge and information about the process theoretically, when they first visit a past life they get too thrilled and their entire focus shifts on that thrill and they sometimes lose track. But that is just fine, because when they visit a past life again in the next session, they are much calmer and in control since they now know what to expect and their focus stays on just the process and they go through it smoothly.  Also, those who come to me to explore how they died, it is such a delight to hear them exclaim after their session – “oh so that was how I left that body in that life and came here in this body in this life!”

Past Life Regression session is a wonderful experience, a beautiful healing process. A lot of people’s issues are resolved by just knowing and gaining an insight that we never really die. The wisdom, enlightenment and sense of relief it brings is so precious… so relaxing… so healing. Book your appointment today and experience the transformation – literally!

To get an appointment, call me on +917042321200, anytime between 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. If I am in a session and am unable to take your call, just drop a text message with your name and calling reference and I will call you back myself as soon as I get free.

Happiness to you!

Past Life, everything you always wanted to know

As a Certified Past Life Regression Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, Swasti Shree Sharma, CMS-CHt FIBH (USA) explains in the simple way in this video, all you wanted to know about Past Life and Past Life Regression Therapy…

Clearing the karmic baggage through Past Life Regression Therapy

1

“I don’t know why she hates me so much… I don’t know why I feel like killing her sometimes…” cried Nritya (name changed) sitting on the recliner in my office. Nritya, a 26 YO beautiful, kind and loving girl who cannot even dream of hurting an insect, came to me for a Past Life Regression session concerning a serious issue – she wanted to know why she feels like killing her own mother. Her relationship with her mother had been challenging ever since she could think of it. She remembers being hit, verbally abused and scolded by her mother – as a child and even now as a grownup – for absolutely no fault. She was moved to tears when she said “was this why she gave birth to me… so she could unnecessarily take her frustrations out on me? Which mother does that? She blames me for anything that is not working out well in her life. Sometimes I just want to kill her. I get thoughts in the form of images where I see myself stabbing her with a knife and killing her. Where are all these images coming from? Where is all this hatred coming from? Why is my relationship with my mother in such turmoil?”

The process of Past Life Regression Therapy started. First few sessions went in familiarizing Nritya with the state of hypnosis, working on improving her visualization so she could perceive imagery easily when in a hypnotic state, and preparing her theoretically to get the most out of her experience. These were important steps that had to be taken so she did not feel like she would be swimming in unknown waters. They made her better equipped to bring back all the positive resources from the past life she was about to explore and heal her relationship issues with her mother. I personally never rush through a Past Life Regression session because I know how intense a process it can be. By the time it was the day for her Past Life Regression Therapy session to be conducted, she was ready and relaxed. The initial over-excitement and confusion she had around the idea of visiting a past life was gone and now she was just patiently looking forward to explore, observe and learn from the experience she was going to have.

After putting her in hypnosis, I started the process of slowly taking her back, all the way to the life where her issues of disturbances in the relationship with her mother were coming from. She saw herself in a lifetime where she was a poor boy in his late 20s, living in a small village of India with his sister, who is Nritya’s mother in this life. Since all the financial responsibilities were on this boy, he used to work hard day and night so he could at least earn basic bread and butter. But no matter how hard he worked, his sister never appreciated him or his efforts. Rather she always cursed him and blamed him for there not being enough money to live a comfortable life. She always wanted more and was never satisfied with how much there was and had absolutely no sense of gratitude. Out of frustration one day, as his sister was continuously going on and on cursing him and blaming him while preparing food, he picked up a knife and stabbed her with it.

In this lifetime, Nritya’s mother suffers strong financial insecurities and has dealt with family finances going haywire. Although the situations are better now, but her mother’s insecurities around finances still keep coming back. With Nritya, her constant complain has usually been regarding money. After looking at the events explored during Nritya’s Past Life Regression session, it was clear where her relationship issues with her mother were coming from.

There is a compulsion to repeat all those old patterns of cursing, blaming, abusing, hating and wanting to kill, since everything ended abruptly and no issues was resolved in that lifetime. Using several techniques, Nritya resolved her issues and her feelings and emotions concerning those issues during the session. This made a huge difference for both, Nritya and her mother. First, she was able to forgive her mother for being so negative towards her as she now knows and understands the source of all this negativity. Second, she asked for forgiveness for herself for committing the act of murder in the previous life and, with the help of divine intelligence working through her, was able to forgive and free herself from that Karmic baggage. As a result, she now sees everything in different light, through the eyes of divine love. Changing her energies towards her mother helped her to convey the feelings of love and gratitude, instead of the desire she earlier had to kill her.

We get what we give. Negativity only attracts negativity and positivity has the power to attract more positivity. Nritya now reflects and attracts more positive energies. A positive exchange of energies has now started between her and her mother. I am sure that with all the positive resources she brought back with her and the understanding of all situations she developed through her Past Life Regression Therapy session, Nritya will now continue to walk the path of love, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness and her relationship with her mother will flourish and be forever filled with affection, joy, togetherness and acceptance.

Past Life Regression Therapy is a wonderful process that has amazing benefits. To book your session, call me on +917042321200, Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM.

Goals are the dreams

cc.jpgGoals are the dreams to which you commit and take action to achieve them

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”.  Lao Tzu

Similarly, the beautiful and adventurous journey of achieving your goals in life, too, begins with that single most important step… SELF-AWARENESS! Being aware of yourself. Being aware of WHO you are. Because when you are aware of WHO you are, you will have clarity about where you need to be. And then, being aware of WHERE you are. Because if you do not know WHERE you are at present, how will you know the way to reach your destination?

Now, self-awareness, in terms of achieving goals, follows a little script… a few questions, if you may, for personal assessment. Those questions are:

  1. What are my talents and abilities?
  2. What are the three things that I do best?
  3. What are the three things that I do least well?
  4. What are the three things I want to be remembered for?
  5. How do I want others to describe me?
  6. What are the three things I want to accomplish in life?

When you will have the answers to all these questions at the tip of tongue, you will know exactly WHERE you are in the journey of achieving your goals. And how does Hypnotherapy help in this self-awareness? It brings out all these answers, from deep within the layers of your mind, to the tip of your tongue, quickly, easily, clearly and vividly, by empowering your mind. How? I’ll talk about that after I finish talking about the second most important step that needs to be taken in the journey of achieving your goals.

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”. Eleanor Roosevelt

So now, you have self-awareness. You know your current status, you know where you are. What you need to know now is where you have to go, what your goal is.

Goals are the dreams to which you commit and take action to make sure you achieve them.  And goal setting is the way, the means, of turning those dreams into reality.

Goal setting is tied into the reticular activating system (RAS) of the brain, which is a cluster of nerve cells in the brain stem that regulates alertness and attention. It is also believed to be the center of arousal and motivation. Our senses, particularly sight, are constantly flooded with a vast amount of information. Most of that information is unnecessary for our well-being, so it gets screened. We remain consciously aware of only a fraction of that data.

Now recall the last time you or your family decided to buy a new car, or a new bike. You finally chose the model and the color, and it seemed like everywhere you went, on the road, to a friend’s house, in television commercials, in newspaper advertisements, you saw “your car” or “your bike”. Obviously all these people didn’t suddenly purchase those cars or bikes when you did or those commercials and advertisements weren’t just suddenly out on TV or in papers. They were already there. But YOU only noticed them when they were of significance to YOU. And THIS is the magnificence of goal setting. By establishing clear goals, you are programming your brain to be aware and notify your conscious mind of the information and opportunities that YOU DESIRE.

Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together. “Vincent Van Gogh”

Effective goal setting is the groundwork for success and effective goals are: SMARTER, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timelined, Enthusiastic, Rewarding

Now let’s talk about what is really happening when you are facing difficulties in achieving your goals. Usually when you don’t accomplish a goal, it’s either because you have set an inappropriate deadline, or you don’t have the right or enough information that is needed to achieve your goal, or that’s not the goal that YOU want and are unwilling to do what’s required, or you are encountering conflicts and experiencing blocks, OR NEGATIVE CONDITIONING.

People are greatly influenced by the things that have happened to them throughout their lifetime. Often we subconsciously allow our past mistakes, incompletions and even our successes to get in the way of creation and accomplishment of goals. We are not always aware how much impact our past has on our present and future, especially when it comes to accomplishing goals and being successful. But once you’re detached from these past negative conditionings and beliefs, you can build a new connection with positive supportive thoughts that help you live your life the way YOU want.

Many people use different clearing techniques to detach from negative conditioning and to pave their way to success. Hypnotherapy is one such technique that helps you to break free from limiting beliefs that are rooted deep into your subconscious mind. And how do you know that the failure you are experiencing with setting and accomplishing goals is coming from those deeply rooted limiting beliefs and negative conditioning? You’ll know that THAT is true for you if you find yourself bumping up against the same old behavior patterns and habits, confronting the same old thorny issues as you work your way up to achieve your goals! All you have to do is you have to listen to yourself as your do the self-talk, rather the self-punching, and catch hold of these signs:

Oh no! Not again!

What was I thinking?

Why even try?

Ugh! This is so frustrating!

I am not getting any better at this!

There’s no way it will work!

I always mess it up!

I knew I’d get stuck here!

I’m so stupid!

How Hypnotherapy works is, once these signs have been identified, the next step is to go directly to the subconscious mind using several Hypnosis techniques, get to the root and detach from these negative conditionings, replace it with ideas of success and accomplishment, get in touch with our ability to get what we want, make our positives more powerful and allow the conscious mind to act with that power.

And now, let’s see how that happens.

The three levels of consciousness is called Triune Mind. At the Upper most level there is the conscious mind. It is the analytical, reasoning, logical mind. This is where all our five senses are… touch, smell, sound, taste and sight. The conscious mind first analyses and inspects any new information, idea or suggestion before accepting it.

After this conscious mind, there is the subconscious mind. This is where the memories are stored, this is where the emotions are stored and the beliefs are stored. Subconscious mind does not distinguish between fact and fantasy. It is also called the creative intelligence and THIS is what you character is all about.

And then there is the critical factor which develops by the age ten and works like a gatekeeper or checkpoint to the subconscious. Located between the conscious and the subconscious mind, it compares the incoming idea, suggestion or information coming from the conscious mind with the already existing ideas or beliefs of the subconscious mind and decides if it matches with the recognized information of the subconscious mind, or if it should be sent back to the conscious mind for further inspection.

And now at the center of consciousness, is the superconscious mind. This is referred to as the problem solving intelligence. All that the superconscious knows and has is love, grace, forgiveness, ability to heal, peace, intuition, and creativity. This connects us to the universal mind, the universal power, the spiritual source or, in other words, God. This is our soul.

People often ask me “what is mind? Where is it located? Is it in the brain? Is it different from the brain? In what part of the body does it exist?” My question to them is “what is existence? Where is it located? Is it in this world? Is it separate from the world? In what part of earth does it exist?” Just as ‘existence’ is not merely limited to earth, the ‘mind’ is not limited to the physical body.

So… what happens when we are in hypnosis? During hypnosis, the critical factor of the mind relaxes because of which direct communication between the conscious and the subconscious mind is established. This direct communication allows for positive and beneficial ideas, information and suggestions to be easily accepted and acted upon by the subconscious mind without being constantly bounced back to the conscious mind by the critical faculty. That information gets stored in the subconscious mind as a new belief since; the subconscious mind does not differentiate between fact and fiction. To give you an example of this that the subconscious does not differentiate between fact and fiction, when we watch a movie we get so deeply involved that we start believing whatever is happening in it to be true. If it’s a romantic scene, we start getting feelings of love. If it’s a fight scene, we start feeling the anger, the adrenalin rush. If it’s a horror or a scary scene, how hard does it get for us to go back home and sleep peacefully! Even though we know that it’s just a film. Then why does it happen? Why do we start reacting as if everything was real? Critical faculty! We don’t realize that when we are watching a film, because there is nothing much for the conscious mind to do but to just sit in one place and watch the film, the critical faculty of the mind relaxes and we go into a light hypnotic state. This is what we also call an altered state of mind. The subconscious, in this state, does not differentiate between fact and fiction. And therefore, when we feed positive suggestions of goal achievement and success to the subconscious mind, in this hypnotic state, in present tense form, the subconscious accepts them, starts believing them to be true and starts acting upon them immediately.
